How do I attack my farm account?

You cannot attack an ally. If you want to attack a base it need to be out of the alliance or in a different alliance. Either have the farm leave, attack it and then let it join again. Or many alliances have a separate farm alliance that all farm accounts join. You can then attack as needed but still keep them under your protection.
