If our alliance center was built in dead land can I acquire resource plots in dark forest which is very far from my alliance center and no plots were acquired by my alliance members so with out adjacent alliance plots can i acquire these plots in dooms day contest??

If your alliance is advanced enough you can place up to 4 alliance centers. 1 in each area of the map. If not then you have to start from the outside area and work your way in by occupying plots in a line and abandoning plots you don't want so you can take more.
Work together with others in your alliance to bridge to the places you want to get to.
