With doomsday we made a second alliance centre but the whole state can't place the fortresses buildings, only the virus and process. What do we have to do to get the guardian and assault fortress add the 2nd alliance centre?
The second, third and fourth fortress buildings need to be unlocked in the speciality section of the Doomsday menu. You have to gain speciality points through the doomsday events and then use them in the blue section to place in the lower branch which will unlock each level of building.
Once you place the points there and unlock them you can place them next to the alliance centers (2, 3 and 4). After you have placed them you can respec your points to put them into different specialities. But you must unlock the building initially in each doomsday season event.
