I attacked a guy with 1M money and my troops only bring 10k money.

They can carry 200k, and the amount of other resources was less than 50k.

Why my troops don't bring more money?

When you attack players and win you will steal resources to the total that you can carry split across the different resource types depending on the amounts the person has available to take. If they have lots of food for example then you will mostly gain food.

The amounts they have available will only include amounts above any depot protection level. Farmers have a depot protection depending on their base level and alliances may have an overall alliance protection level from alliance technology research.

Raiding does not get you a % of what amount of money they have, but rather maxes out to a % of your load. For example, I only take away ~650k money whether the target has 30M cash, or 3M cash.

To increase your load you can:
- fill your APC slots with all vehicles
- upgrade tech ("Load Improvement" in your Class APC research tree, "Transport Improvement" in Vehicle Training tree, "Carrying Capacity" in Zone Commemoration, etc
- level the Dictator and Awaken skills to get more troops
- use Phantom APC
