I'm trying to send a merge invitation for another alliance to join us. But.. I can't find them in the merge list to invite them.

Yes I've gone to manage, clicked on alliance merger. Seen the list. They are not there. They sent an invite to us, but I think they are just as novice as I am in terms of changing the merge details.

How the heck do I merge us?

Just click on their alliance and merge from there. If you accept their merger you will merge into them not the other way around. But the one with more alliance tech should be the one you keep
