What is the reset time for Wendell, because I've killed him but it didn't reset on game reset time.?

What is the reset time for Wendell, because I've killed him but it didn't reset on game reset time.

You can get rewards for killing a Wendell once a day and it should reset at the daily reset time (00:00 in the in game world clock)

After game reset, log out of the game and then log back in.
