I’ve recruited heroes daily now for well over a year and have not yet received an orange production hero (only military type) - have the developers eliminated them all?

This has also happened to me to on my main account, although on a second account I set up later I have managed to randomly recruit 2 development heroes.
On the main I have had to use fragments/tokens to get some.
I'm not sure if this is just down to luck (they are rare) or some other reason.

It looks random but um insecure..seems that the game have a 'clever' way to make you spend more money. A lot of ppl will tell that theirs farms have more luck...maybe just because you dont spend,the game will give you some nice things to motivate you.. Anyway, only devs knows the real reason! 0 0 REPORT
