I have 1 main account and 3 farm in 4 different phones all are different mail Id and all I open in..

I have 1 main account and 3 farm in 4 different phones all are different mail Id and all I open in im30. Can I open all 4 account in one phone???

This does work for me. Hopefully it will for you too. As long as they are all bound to different IM30 accounts you can log in to any of them via 1 device. The game now allows quite easy switching as well once you have logged in to each.
