Upgrading my Research Center to level 9 did not improve my research time. What is meant by “fast research” in the details of the research center.

There should be a reduction in the times that the research items will take to complete. Did you take a note of the times that were listed before the upgrade for some items to compare? Perhaps check with any other alliance members in chat what the times are for them if they have a different level of Institute.

I had a similar observation. Restart your game and you will notice reduction un time 0 0 REPORT
