Do you have power? Make sure you have enough electricity otherwise productions can slow down or stop. For food and fuel, you may now have more troops which will increase the troop consumption of these items to the point where you will not be able to gain more. through just production (you have to earn reward boxes).

Tap on each of the resources at the top to check what the current production rate is for it, and any consumption rate. If you find that all of your resources seem to be not producing and you do have power then try restating the app. If it doesn't help you can try contacting game support to se if there is a glitch.
