When you research both arms expert in zone commemoration and then use a blue card for coz how does the percentage go. The first arms expert when maxed gives 100% boost second gives a 200% to total out to a 300% boost. So does the blue card double that into 600% or does it jus add another hundred to make a total of 400% boost?
Each % boost that you get from the zone commemoration research and the bonus (100% / 50%) tickets will add on only that percentage of the original reward. So in your example the total would be 400%.
Maxing out Zone commemoration will give a total of 500%. If you use a 100% tickets as well you should end up getting 600% or 6 times the points for your actions.
