There is research that you can do for each APC to increase its load capacity and also other individual and alliance research that will help here. Increasing the number of troops will help the most. For this upgrade the barracks buildings, research to add heroes and then unlock and upgrade the hero skills that add troops. (Dictator and Awaken)
