How can I rebuild my city that has been ruined I have 15 bases. in addition, I have a question about the hero burrow how to recover it. Is there any way to do this because I feel sorry for my game and I do not want to start again

Your base will recover from any damage on its own. If you are being farmed by others then try to join an alliance that will help protect you. I'm not sure what you mean by the hero burrow. Can you explain more on this.

Nora hero from cultivating the field as I started it somewhere I lost it and I do not have it
