How do we use the donated stone saved in stone warehouse to build an alliance center? We have 1 mil plus donated in stone warehouse and only need 20k for the alliance center 2 out of 180k but cannot figure out how to use the saved stone in the alliance warehouse. Please help!

Based from our alliance...
Click the Alliance center then start adding stones from there. Must be R3 or higher to do it.
