Can I get back an account that I can't enter because the password I forgot?

There is an option in the game support to contact them and ask for an account to be reclaimed. Start a new game and then us the in game support / recover account option to send them the details of your previous account. Hopefully they will be able to help you.

They didn't help me, I guess they want you to make another account, so you spend more money
