If someone sent you reinforcements how do you get rid of them?

To send back reinforcements manually you need to find them in the Embassy building. This is the one that also lets you know about wages and 'help' requests from other players.
Tap on the building and choose the Reinforcements option. Then expand the item for the APC that you want to return and tap the 'Repatriate' button.
