Why are my builders getting stuck when exploring?

Exploring is done for 4, 6 8 or 12 hours. you can call the vehicle back early but it costs diamonds. If the vehicle is stuck out after it should have returned then its a glitch. Try closing and restarting the app as this normally clears problems. If this doesn't help then report it using the in game support option.
