Alliance centers need to be places in fixed bands on the world map. You can place 2 near each other though if they are near the edges of their band. This would not be good for doomsday war though as an enemy would be able to attack them both together.

You don't place AC1&2 of the same alliance. You have other alliances in your state or your farm Alliance place their AC1s next to yours. Then, you all take tiles and the enemy has to place a rally point VERY FAR from your AC. 0 0 REPORT

It's not possible to place 2 alliances centre closely. Atleast 50 tiles distance is compulsory in new update. We tried to put 2 alliances together in season 2 but we were not succeedGuest Replied
It’s around 25 tiles, if memory serves. Maybe 30Guest Replied
