I've been sanctioned because my avatar is a set of sharpened teeth. I've not been docked any points or resources but I'm unable to select another avatar because a set of teeth is deemed either racist, sexist, or violent. In a game set in a zombie apocalypse; with the upgradeable option to kill your opponents instead of just maiming them; where some of my fellow players have names that are one letter short of swear words, how is this possible that teeth are offensive? And why are they more aggressive than avatars of soldiers or zombies?
That does sound excessive. Perhaps another player has complained / reported you. Unfortunately we have no idea why they have taken the action. Have you contacted the support /developers to ask for an explanation. You would need to ask them how to fix the problem if you want to change the avatar.
