Can’t change flag. Flag area gone since my last update?

There is a flag setting option in the Settings menu. I am seeing this as of the latest update on Android. If its not showing for you then this must be a glitch. Hopefully it will appear again for you with the next update.

There's also users who have reported that their language is the problem. If you change your language settings it might work. And then you can change back.
