How do you get clone segments without buying them?

For gene fragments (for cloning) at the moment the only way is to buy them. The cloning option was put in place to give you a way to get a few troops back and hopefully get you to spend some money to get more back. Its possible they will change this in future to give some out as rewards, but its unlikely.

Hello. How i can choose who Troops Killed i can Clone??Can do that or put resourse and the Clone will he choose alone ??
Me i want Clone only the APC.Can do that or not.Thanks.
