What is the highest and Max weekly technology contribution score you can have?

OK so this will depend on which tiers of alliance research that you have open (level 5 is the highest) and also on whether you have the tier 4 research 'special contribution' completed with gives a chance of 2x contributions.

A rough idea though is as follows:

If you have tier 5 open then normal donations means you can get a contribution score of 5300 for each donation.

You can make 1 rss donation every 20 minutes. which over a week equals 504 donations, it is possible to increase this a little at the start of the week if you haven't been donating constantly the day before. To keep up this schedule you will need to be online and donating at least every 8 hours.

On top of this you can make 50 diamond donations a day. 350 a week.

So using these numbers as a rough guide:

504+350 = 854 donations

854 x 5300 = 4,526,200 contribution points

If you have the 2x donation research done then there will be a percentage increase on this. I don't know what that would be exactly but the research item suggests it could be 15% more.
