How to teleport oil wells?

You cannot teleport oil wells or other resource plots, but you can place them yourself on the map.

While in the map view tap on the build menu icon (lower right) and then choose the Resource option. This lets you build a few of each type of plot per day. It will cost 50 Stone each which you can buy from the alliance store.
