I have two accounts bound to an IM30 account. One account is missing. How can I recover it. IM30 customer support is not responding. I have money and time in the account. How can I recover it?
I believe you can only bind 1 game to an IM30 account (or any single external account). If you bind a second game to the same IM30 login I think it overwrites the first one.
If you go to the account option under settings and then select 'Switch account' you should see if you have access to 1 account or 2.
If you can't access the first account anymore then unfortunately only the game support will be able to recover it. Hopefully they will respond to you and perhaps they can bind it to a different (new) IM30 account for you or recover it in some other way.
