I don’t have the teleport icon and on level 10. How do I teleport to an alliance city?

Might need more details, but if you are teleporting to another location in your state (to be closer to alliance members), you just need to find the location on the map. tap an empty space and select the teleport option that comes up. You will need to have an advanced teleport item in your inventory or buy one on the spot for 2000 diamonds. You can earn these as rewards from some events and and buy them from the alliance store for alliance contribution points once you have enough.
