How do I see which R4 bought stupid things in alliance store?

You can see some recent details of purchases in the member records. Go to the alliance menu and check for the message bar at the bottom of the main alliance tab screen. Tap on the message bar to reach the information screen and then tap the member records tab. This may not list everything you are looking for though.
