How do I change my N team Leader?

I don’t know what “N” means. If it’s the alliance leader, you have to wait for the leader to be inactive for 7 days. Then, only an r3 or r4 can pay 1000 Diamonds to become the new leader or R5

I have 1005 diamonds but when i click on replace commander then it says "insufficient diamonds "? What to do now?
