If you are not receiving the confirmation email then either the email address is incorrect, the email is being lost or filtered away as junk/spam by your ISP or your mail software / app, or there was a problem with the system sending it to you. If you have checked the email address and all of your spam / junk filters for it then it would be best to contact the developers using the in game support to ask them to check the problem.
