Bought package but didn't receive the items. How do I get a hold of customer support? I can't seem to find anywhere in the game to contact anyone regarding this. Thanks in advance.
There is an in game support system found by tapping the small gantry next to your base. There is a contact form there. You can also find more details on contacting the developers in How to get help in the game.
Be very careful. I contacted customer support and after no response for 6 days, I contacted google for a refund. I received a refund from google and the game developers immediately took all of my diamonds(over 150,000) and gave me a -50,000 balance of diamonds.
The pack that I attempted to purchase was only $99.99 with 20,000 diamonds.
Its been 6 weeks and customer support will still not respond to me and have not given my diamonds back or the items that I tried to purchase.
Very shady operation. My advice, suck it up or they may do the same to you and steal your purchases.
