Can I have a private chat with just the R4s in my alliance?

I am an R5. I use the Line app as a supplement for alliance communication, admin communication (select R3, all R4, and R5), and also have a “training room” to assist teaching others tips, tricks and such to improve alliance gameplay and scores.

In the VIP shop, you can purchase an additional chatroom. It will appear in the message menu next to State-Zone, Alliance, Guild, and whatever name you gave your additional chatroom. To satisfy your need, see if one of your R4s can do the same and just add whoever you need for the individual chatrooms. That way you can have multiple chatrooms in game.
