Destruction power or troop combat power, which is more important?

Destruction power is useful for doomsday wars events when you need to take over enemy plots or destroy enemy structures, the higher your destruction power the more damage you can do.

For normal fights though against zombies and enemy troops the combat power will determine your effectiveness.
