Hi. I think there's hope. I have a samsung phone and moved the game to my sd card but it didn't restore...

If it has started a new game then you must play though until you get access to the settings menu and then log in with the account details that you bound your game to.

if you did not bind the game then it may be lost. You can only try contacting the developers using the in game support option to see if they can restore it for you.
