What does NAP 10 mean ?

NAP is a non aggression pact or no attack policy. An agreement in your state for certain alliances not to attack each other. NAP 10 would usually mean that you agree not to attack any of the top 10 alliances in the state (check the rankings for the top 10 power ranked alliances). Assuming you are in one of the top 10 alliances.

NAP 10 = Non Aggression Pact for top 10 Alliances! You cannot attack any base that is affiliated with a top 10 alliance and they cannot attack you! Everybody Else is fair game.
