Yes, Unless you accidently migrated over (if that event was open), When you teleport to another state for SVS (state vs state) there is a slightly invisible base with a purple bubble over it to show everyone around you that you're in another state fighting, so when you get ported back automatically, I think that's exactly where you'll end up. otherwise it will be a random spot and you'll just need to advance port back to your original area.
