I've already learned the 3 speciality processing queue but isn't working, only one plants working .....

You need to unlock the queues by using speciality points and also build the buildings. Have you placed the 3 production center buildings. These need to be places at Alliance center 1, 2 and 3 (and up to 4 if you have them)?

You may have damaged production buildings, if the queues are unlocked and specialty point still set on them, they should be working
