I need to upgrade my ration truck to level 13 but I have to upgrade my house to level 13 too but to do that I have to upgrade my base to level 13 BUT I need 260,000 of food to do so cause my max is 210,000 but I can’t upgrade the ration truck??!! Is this normal??! What am I supposed to do?
You always need to upgrade the base first. Buildings cannot reach a level until the base has reached that level.
To increase the amount of store resources (that you need for the base for example) you need to upgrade the warehouse for the resource. In this case the food warehouse.
Warehouses for resources have 10 levels and then you can build a new one with greatly increased storage. So if your food ware house is at level 10 then look in the build menu under food for warehouse 2.
