I am currently playing this game using an android phone. I would like to ask if I can download the same game on my laptop/pc, then continue playing the same account since Im already on Level ##. Thank you.

If you bind your game to an external account (IM30 etc) then you can log into it on any other device running the game.
If you have an emulator for Android games on PC then this should work as well.

BlueStacks is quite a stable platform to run Last Shelter on Windows 0 0 REPORT
I play on a galaxy S6 and on a hp laptop
Although I much prefer playing on my phone
