I recently bought a new phone. However the app last shelter, survivor didn't. So when I tried to retrieve to my last level which was 17. The app is forcing me to start all over after all the money I spent on in before to up grade. So my question is how can I regain my previous level with out restarting and losing out on over $200 plus my invested time.
Hopefully on your old device the game was bound to an external account (IM30 etc). If so then on the new device work through the game until you can get access to the settings menu. Then go to the Account option and select to switch account of retrieve lost account. Then log in with the previous account details.
