Quando si usa il bonus "Reimpostazione Specializzazione"?

The specialisation reset item lets you reset the specialisation points in the Doomsday event 'Speciality' tab. These are the points that unlock buildings, processing queues, immunity bonuses and other effects in doomsday.

If you want to change the effects that you have unlocked you need to reset the points with the reset item. Then you can allocate them all again.
