When and how to build Alliance center building and what resources do you need?

I haven’t been able to find the build function. I am not sure if they updated it and added the function elsewhere? Does anyone know?

The alliance center buildings can be built during Doomsday Conquest events. They must be built in order 1, 2, 3, 4 and can only be placed in set bands of the state (1 needs to be in the outer low level band etc)

Building then requires 'Stone' Which can be bought by members from the alliance store and donated in the Alliance 'Building' seciton.

There are also some requirements for the number of alliance members and alliance total power for each building, so small alliances cannot build them all.

Check in the alliance menu 'Building' option to 'View' each building and see the requirements.
