Your strength is based off of military level x base level × 5000 + military attributes

The first reply is incorrect. It's:
(Military Talent * Level * 5000) + total attributes
I have a level 310 Hadim with 237 military level (122 from Naval Skills and 115 from Oil Wrestling) and 4073401 military attribute.
His power is
(237*310*5000)+4073401 = 371,423,401
That's what shows in union wars, the ruins, union voyages, hunting grounds, and the fortress siege.
If you see the Talents of each vizier, they vary depending on which strengths they specialize in. We really have no idea about the exact computation that goes on behind the scenes, but the general idea is that you should focus on improving the talent that has the highest stat, and prioritizing on improving the talents first prior to leveling up. The reason for this is that the higher the talent value is, the higher stat increase you get every time you level up your Vizier.
