Magnificent Five
Viziers from the Magnificent are offered periodically on time limited packages in the game -- with the use of Magnificent badges as the form of currency to purchase them. These badges are collected as event rewards, or as item inclusions in some in-app purchased packages, or thru collection of shards of it from different events. And though these viziers do not enjoy similar attribute boosts from consorts (unlike some of the usual viziers), they have a unique bonus called "Harmony" which boost value relies entirely to how much of these "Magnificent Five" you have in your army.
? Harmony bonus gives 20% of bump in your overall "Military" attributes. For each vizier you have among the Magnificent Five, you'll gain an additional 20% (meaning it goes 20%,40%,60%,80%, up until 100% if you've got all 5). Additionally, there is a 5% bonus for all other attributes -- compounding in value similar to that of the military bonus (5%,10%,15%,20% up to 25% if you've got all 5).

Outstanding Four
The Outstanding Four viziers are earned thru the use of 10 Outstanding Badges -- that are collected on the other hand as time-limited event rewards, item inclusions in some rare in-app purchase offerings, or by collecting and putting together 10 shards of it (fragments) to earn 1 complete badge. Like the Magnificent Five, these viziers are not affiliated to any consorts. However, they benefit from some other kind of bonus called "Harmony".
? Harmony bonus gives 25% of bump in your overall "Military" attributes. For each vizier you have among the Outstanding Four viziers, you'll gain an additional 25% bonus (meaning it goes 25%,50%,75%, up until 100% if you've got all 4). Additionally, there is a 8% bonus for all other attributes -- compounding in value, very similar to that of the Magnificent Five's (8%,16%,24%, up to 32% if you've got all 4).
All four viziers also excel both on Military and Politics, which is why you'd pretty much want to reserve all your politics-related books and badges to any one pick from these four viziers.
