Go to your inventory and click your roses. There should be a subsequent option to "Use" your roses after you click them. The moment you click "Use", you can place your roses anywhere on the battlefield. Typically you want to place the roses near the person you want the roses to go to so they can collect them easily. You need a minimum of 66 roses in order to place them on the battlefield.
