My AMS account was banned because I requested a refund. I would like to just start over, but no matter what I try, when I first open the app, it goes straight to the ban screen. I dont have a chance to get past it to either change accounts or start new. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing. Cleared cache and storage. Nothing. Any experience in this? Is my device banned?
You will have to start your new account on a different device, and then go through the app customer support and request your new account be transferred to your old device. They will do it, but it takes a couple days for them to do it, and you will have to answer a lot of questions.
When they ban you, they ban your device (not your IP, but your device ID). I had to deal with this as well.
The developers of this game have to be the worst developers of any game I have ever played and with the comments and reviews from people I see having problems with this game but even more problems with the developers just shows you how crappy these developers truly are. They have no problem avoiding you with any problems you have with the game or any bugs or glitches the game is causing that is no fault of yours but the complete fault of the developers and the game but when you message them asking them for assistance of any kind they refuse to answer you showing how unprofessional they are on top of how they don't care about anyone who spends money on the game these people don't deserve to be developers they can't fix any issues they have and they won't even address the issues probably because they are too stupid to fix the issue but the moment they find out you want a refund because you are tired of dealing with the crappy developers they want to ban you then they have no problem addressing you and the third party people you are meant to contact to deal with reimbursements if the developers are to unprofessional or stupid they completely avoid you as well! Just a forewarning to people do not spend money on this game unless you have money to blow and you can afford to lose money because you will run into issues bugs and glitches that is the fault of the game and developers and nothing you can avoid and don't expect to even hear anything back from them and if they hear any word of refund then they will have no problem addressing you with a ban.
