Which officer gives you the best rewards when attacking fanatic general?

So far from what I know, there is no officer that will give you a higher chance of getting better rewards from fanatics. The rewards are completely random. I've gotten 24 hour speedups from sending 2-3 troops on a rally and have gotten 45min speedups from sending 100,000 troops on the same level general.

You can however use officers that increase your damage output/decrease the general's damage output OR can allow you to attack the general at HALF the stamina cost (E.g. EOD)
