How do I start a corps command center with as few people as possible?

You need 5000 blue bricks to build the corps command, so with as little people as possible you and a friend need to login on each day together. do sign for 100 each, help each other 5 times for another 100 each, and lastly corps trade(lv 7 hq) for 200 each. 400 x 2 = 800 it will take you about 6 days to get the corps command.
