How do you use flag horns?

Go to the Flag building inside your command center, and click it. You'll see the option "Buff". casting these temporary buffs will give use the flag horns. There are currently 3 special buffs in the Flag and are mostly useful for war games / deep battle as they give you temporary (usually 15 minutes) attack/defense boosts.
