Tier 11 troops cost almost 5 times as much as t10. Will one t11 troop beat five t10 troops?

no, t11s add to overall strength if you have enough for a full march. It is better to utilize t10s as attacking force and leave t11s on defense with large meat shield. The t11s will not suffer casualties.
