Battery is a resource collector similar to plastic mold and plastic bottle. It collects electricity resource. You install/build one similar to how you'd build a plastic bottle or plastic mold. If you do not have a vacant space to build it, you can temporarily withdraw a building and keep it in your inventory and then proceed with the building a battery.
