How do I drop someones defense to zero so I can force them to move?

So long as their rig is burning its dropping defense. Just keep attacking it and it will eventually randomly teleport.

Keep banging away on it. If they are rebuilding it, then you probably will never get them moved. If they are not bubbled, and you keep hitting, it will make it go faster. It takes a lot to zero a defensive line.
